Firefox won't work, as Mozilla no longer offer an iOS 9.3.5 app, and the HTML5 option is missing on the website in Safari and Chrome. There does not appear to be an option to enable HTML5 on the desktop version of of Deezer's website on any iOS 9.3.5-compatible browser that's officially supported by Deezer. HI that is strange, on which browser is this happening please? Have you enabled HTML5? Is this an issue with how the website functions, or a deliberate choice by Deezer? Because it's really frustrating having to work around seemingly arbitrary restrictions just to get a paid service to work. Changing audio settings also doesn't do anything. No audio and a static progress bar for the song that can't be interacted with. The animations will play, but that's about it. Audio files and embedded videos play just fine on other websites, but when clicking the play button on the Deezer website, nothing happens. How is taking away the option to use the service the best possible user experience? Even when using the desktop version of the website on iOS-compatible browsers, I can't use Deezer, because the play buttons do nothing. It's the intended functionality to ensure the best possible user experience, but we are happy to pass this feedback on to the right team :) Being able to use the website to access your music library on iOS devices would alleviate the issue with the app not working on older iOS versions. Why is it not possible to simply use the Deezer website on iOS devices? All it does is redirect you to a page telling you to download the app after logging in.
